In consideration of FEA's time, effort, and expense in providing this remote demonstration to me, I agree on behalf of my company and myself that:

I/we will not disclose the software or any features thereof demonstrated by FEA to any persons other than those employees of my company who have a need to know for purposes of investigating the potential licensing of the FEA software;
I/we will not permit any third parties to access any files, images, documents, or similar data representing a recording of the FEA demonstration and will destroy all such recordings within 30 days of the demonstration.
